Hurricane Shrimp with an Orange Marmalade dipping sauce
Seared Tuna with Ponzu
Honey-Orange Duck Breast
Hummus with warm pita bread 
Side House Salad  
Side Caesar Salad
 
 
Entrees:
Beef Tenderloin Filet served with grilled asparagus
and loaded baked potato
 
Hand-cut Ribeye Steak served with grilled asparagus
and loaded baked potato
 
Grilled Gremolata Salmon served with
wild rice and grilled asparagus
 
Bourbon Mahi served with mashed potatoes,
a crispy potato nest, grilled shrimp, and a light bourbon sauce
 
Roasted Chicken served with Fettucini pasta,
grilled asparagus, and a pan jus lie 
 
Steak Cobb Salad 
House lettuce mix topped with blue cheese crumbles, cherry tomatoes,
hard boiled egg, crispy bacon, sliced avocado, and grilled steak.
